DUANE PAPAIS, Broker
is the broker and owner of Forest Meadows Properties. He has sold real estate in the Murphys area since 1979. Duane helped Forest Meadows develop from a Mother Lode Ranch into the finest resort community in the Gold Country. He is also Architect Associate for Hathaway Papais Associates, Inc., Architects and Land Planners, and has been designing homes and facilities in the Mother Lode since 1974.




MICHAEL HATHAWAY, Agent,  Architect

GORDON GOTTSCHALK, Agent
has lived in Forest Meadows for 11 years. He spent a career in sales, management and ownership of his own business. Gordon is very knowledgeable about the workings of the Forest Meadow Owners Association. He has been active on homeowners committees and served as Association President. Has had a vacation home in Arnold for 10 years. She has now decided to relocate to Forest Meadows, while still living part time in Discovery Bay.  Rosalie comes to us as an experienced agent in the Contra Costa area.
